Global CRM and Lead Generation Project Manager


Want to join our digital sales and marketing transformation journey, anchored around a cloud-based CRM system, where you will drive the implementation and on-going support of it, in a true global setting?

Now, that is just the beginning, once the CRM system is in place, you will lead the way in terms of exploring and implementing the right additional building blocks needed to build a powerful and best in class 100% cloud-based integrated “Digital Sales and Marketing Ecosystem”.

But the challenge doesn’t even stop here, you will also play a pivotal role in turning our global sales force and distributors into well informed “hunters” through the development and implementation of a solid lead generation process to ensure we join the customer buying journey much earlier than the competition.

Main purpose of job and accountabilities

You will be reporting to the Group Marketing Director; Søren Wandy Pedersen and be part of the corporate marketing team which consists of seven full-time team members.

Frese Group is a privately-owned company with 200 employees, whereof 145 employees are in the HQ in Slagelse, Denmark (1 hr drive from Copenhagen). The group consists primarily of two business areas;

Frese A/S which develop, manufacture and sell dynamic balancing valves to the global HVAC market and its various systems. From cooling systems in the Middle East to heating systems in Scandinavia, our commitment to constant innovation ensures that our products are state of the art and easy to install into relevant application/systems.

Over 25 years’ experience producing dynamic balancing solutions utilizing advanced manufacturing and robotic assembly lines, have positioned Frese as one of the leading manufacturer of energy saving valves.

Frese Metal-& Stålstøberi A/S is a modern order producing foundry, utilizing the latest 3D scanning, simulation and printing technology, to develop state of the art solutions for especially the Marine and Offshore industry in close liaison with customers throughout North Europe.

The Frese Group have experienced on average double-digit growth over the past 5 years and now have a new strategic plan in place for 2018-20 with even more ambitious growth targets.

The Package

Travel
