The Production Department is responsible for day-to-day operations. Together with our operations manager, the hourly workers continually optimize operations, so that quality and product targets are met.

On a small-scale, in an organization like Frese – and in today's labor market in general – employees are required to be extremely flexible. Flexibility works both ways. On the one hand, you are expected to cover for colleagues’ holidays and to take on new tasks, so that we can meet in-house demands and changing market conditions.
