We constantly want to develop our company, so once we have selected a new employee, we will do our bit to make sure that you are well-equipped to meet your new challenges. You will be expected to take on responsibilities and make use of your influence. All new employees are trained at courses/sessions to ensure that you can perform and contribute to our company profit and growth.
Operations
The Production Department is responsible for day-to-day operations. Together with our operations manager, the hourly workers continually optimize operations, so that quality and product targets are met.

All positions have a job description that outlines functions and areas of responsibility.
On a small-scale, in an organization like Frese – and in today's labor market in general – employees are required to be extremely flexible. Flexibility works both ways. On the one hand, you are expected to cover for colleagues’ holidays and to take on new tasks, so that we can meet in-house demands and changing market conditions. On the other hand, you are given the opportunity to broaden your horizon by learning and developing new skills.
