How to reduce noise in the hydraulic system
Noise in heating and cooling systems is most often caused by high differential pressure over balancing valves and other similar valves (e.g. radiator valves).
In district heating installations in particular, differential pressure has to be reduced to prevent noise and achieve adequate balancing of the system.
When you use Frese PV (differential pressure control valve) and Frese PVS (combined differential pressure control and modulating valve), you are sure that differential pressure is maintained at the appropriate level, and the noise disappears.
