You own our Buildings product portfolio

You get the strategic ownership of our existing Buildings product portfolio, which mainly is sold via distributors to projects. This means that you will need your commercial sense to navigate the delicate position of doing business with stakeholders other than the end-users and the ones who will be implementing the products.

You will also ensure that the voice of the customer stays in the minds of your colleagues as we develop new products.

Some of your recurring tasks will be to:

Take responsibility for lifecycle management, product range extensions, complexity reduction, certificates, technical documentation, and communication throughout the value chain
Assist our sales organization, distributors, OEMs, partners and other relevant stakeholders with training as well as commercial and technical support
Own the commercial aspect of our product development process, maximize the value of our investments, balance our innovation and risk profile and take the position of global launch owner
Collaborate with our quality control manager as the commercial owner of quality standards

You can expect up to 50 travel days per year with each trip usually lasting from 1 day up to a week.

As we have hopefully conveyed by now, you will be working with a wide range of products and taking on a variety of tasks while navigating different time zones. But we will do anything we can to make your transition into this position as easy as possible.

“You will be backed up by technically skilled colleagues, some of whom have been working here for more than a decade. And we will be very aware of giving you the time you need to really get into things,” Torben continues.

A technically skilled collaborator with industry knowledge

You have worked at least a few years in the HVAC industry. This could be with installing and commissioning HVAC systems, project management or as a product manager – the important thing is that this experience is paired with a sound commercial and trade-specific understanding.

We also imagine that you:

Could have an engineering degree within mechanical engineering, mechatronics or thermodynamics
Like being hands-on and are able to prioritize your tasks while handling a variety of stakeholders
Have a decisive approach while still being an open-minded collaborator
Speak and write English fluently
