Regional Sales Director - China

Many know H.C Andersen! But only a few get an opportunity to start their own fairy tale in a Chinese daughter company of a 77-year-old Danish company with strong traditions.

Frese is a world-leading manufacturer of innovative dynamic valves and controls for the global HVAC market. Frese A/S wants to not only deliver high-quality components, but also to provide data and deep insights necessary to achieve a more energy efficient and sustainability future for the people who construct the buildings, the people who live and work in them, and the environment that surrounds them.

Frese now has an open position as Regional Sales Director in Frese’s Buildings segment in China. The Regional Sales Director will work throughout China and should be visiting, knowing, and selling to the stakeholders of the HVAC market in China. In this role you will be working closely with the Chinese sales organization in Frese Valves Ningbo, and be reporting to the Global Sales Director, Buildings, located in Frese A/S, Denmark.

To be considered as a preferred candidate in this role, you will need to have the following:

You can communicate efficiently across all levels of the organization. You are business- and customer-oriented and working together with other salespeople and professionals brings out your best. Furthermore, you are persistent, have excellent analytical skills and are self-driven. You are known as a trustworthy and dedicated leader and team player, you have experience working in a Nordic/Chinese business culture, and you are fluent in English and Chinese.
