Especially in the last four years Frese has carried out significant reference projects in the Istanbul area.
Among the many projects is one of the highest building projects in the city - The Sapphire with Frese valves on its 64 floors.

Frese Eurasia has been involved in several big and prestigious projects. In this article we have chosen to briefly describe four projects that underline Frese’s increasing clout in the market. All projects are from Istanbul.
The Turk Telekom Arena is a stadium and a big sport complex. The Arena was opened in the beginning of 2011. Only five similar projects can be seen in Europe. The stadium has a capacity of 52,695 spectators.
Frese Eurasia provided technical support from the design phase of the project. 200 Frese Alpha Automatic Balancing Valves were selected for every Fan Coil system to ensure hydraulic balance in the complex.
The Tepe Prime Residence covers the area of 92.750 sqm. The residence has a characteristic modern architecture and consists of three blocks with 218 office rooms, 100 studios and 37 stores. The time from design phase to sales is approximately one and a half year. The entrance of the commercial areas (shopping mall and offices) was completed in December 2010. At the moment the inside parts of the building are under construction.
Frese Eurasia has provided technical support since the design phase. Frese S and Wafer Type Frese Alpha valves were selected to ensure the hydraulic balance of the heating/cooling circuit and the right temperature everywhere in the building. The total delivery consisted of 1100 pieces of Frese S Valves for threaded ones and 200 pieces of Frese Alpha Wafer Type for flanged ones. Frese also delivered 600 pieces of Frese Eva Valves for every FCUs and Convector device in the offices.
The Forum Marmara is one of the biggest shopping centers in Turkey and Europe. The project is located on a 106,000 sqm. plot area and has 85,000 sqm. of foundation area. Besides the shopping centre with stores, cinemas, food courts, bowling centers and children’s playing area there are six office floors.
Frese Eurasia has many big shopping malls on the reference list - Forum Marmara now being the latest one. The entrance part of the commercial areas (shopping mall & offices) was completed in March 2011.
Frese Automatic Balancing Valves were used to ensure hydraulic balance in the complex and so the delivery consisted of Frese Alpha Valves for every shell and core part, every AHU heating and cooling lines, chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers - 1300 pcs. in total.
The Pera Palace Hotel is the first European standard hotel in Turkey. It has been functioning as a hotel since 1892. The hotel is described as the ‘historical pearl of Istanbul’.
Frese Eurasia provided technical support from the design phase of this project. The time from design phase to sales is approximately one year. The installation was completed in September 2010, and the hotel was reopened for customers.
Frese Eva Automatic Balancing & Control Valves were selected for every FCU to replace static balancing valves and to ensure hydraulic balance and desired temperature in the hotel. A total of 600 pieces of Frese Eva valves were used in this project.
