We are looking for an HR Partner who enjoys working close to the business and supporting managers and employees within our operations and in everyday HR matters. In this role, you will help ensure reliable HR operations while contributing to the implementation of global and local HR processes, policies and systems in Vexve Denmark and in our subsidiaries globally.

In this role you will work closely with local leadership, employee representative and employees. Besides having a close collaboration with Group and local HR within Vexve to ensure that policies, processes and people practices are applied in a practical and compliant way.
Primary task:
Partner for our hourly paid people and people leaders in Operations
- Partner with our Operation organization on people management and employee relations.
- Ensure correct application and interpretation of relevant collective agreements within the industrial sector.
- Support the handling of employee cases, absence management, wellbeing, and disciplinary matters.
- Contribute to constructive collaboration with employee representatives and the working environment organisation.
HR Processes
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding and exits.
- Ensure consistent and effective processes for hiring blue collars to our operations.
- Support managers in implementing HR processes, polices and programs.
Digitalisation and HR Systems
- Contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes through the organisation’s HR systems and ensure correct use.
- Act as the key interface for users regarding the HR system and provide support and guidance across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of HR workflows.
What you bring
- 8- 10 years of experience from an HR role such as HR Business Partner, HR Partner, or HR Consultant.
- Accustomed to providing professional advice, coaching, and support to people and leaders.
- Solid experience with collective agreements and Danish labour law within the industrial sector.
- Experience with HR life cycle processes and employee relations in a production environment.
- Experience with HR data, reporting, and HR systems (Successfactors, WorkDay etc.)
- Experience from or understanding of working in an international organisation.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Location and reporting line
The role is based in Slagelse, Denmark. The HR Partner reports to the Global HR Director for Vexve Denmark and Subsidiaries and works in close partnership with the local management team, HR team as well as Group HR.
