We are looking for an experienced HR Partner to our locations in Slagelse who thrives close to the business and is passionate about supporting managers and employees in a dynamic operations environment. In this role, you will ensure reliable HR operations while contributing to the implementation of both global and local HR processes, policies, and systems across Vexve Denmark and subsidiaries.

You will work closely with local leadership, employee representatives, and the wider HR organisation to ensure that policies and processes are applied in a practical, compliant, and business-oriented way.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering (Operations)
- Be the trusted partner to managers and employees within the operations organisation.
- Ensure consistent and efficient hiring processes for blue-collar employees.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, development and offboarding
- Ensure correct interpretation and application of collective agreements within the industrial sector
- Support managers in implementing HR policies, processes, and programs
Digitalisation and HR Systems
- Responsible project manager for Vexve Denmark in the implementation of a global corporate HRIT system (SuccessFactors)
- Be the key point of contact for HRIT system and provide user support across the organisation
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of HR workflows
Your Profile
Experience and Competencies
- 8–10 years of experience in an HR role such as HR Business Partner, HR Partner, or HR Consultant
- Solid knowledge of Danish labour law and collective agreements within the industrial sector
- Experience working with HR lifecycle processes and employee relations in a production environment
- Experience with HR data, reporting, and HR systems
- Experience from an international organisation is an advantage
