Quality & Environment Engineer
Join our growing Quality & Environment team
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Quality & Environment function from two to three team members. We are looking for a Quality & Environment Engineer who wants to play a key role in driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement in an international manufacturing environment.
You will report directly to Anne Damm, Quality & Environment Director, and work closely with the rest og the organization, especially Production, Procurement and R&D, to ensure high product quality, strong supplier performance and compliance with customer and environmental requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Drive quality control activities and support quality process improvements in production.
- Manage nonconformities, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Execute internal audits and support customer and certification audits.
- Support supplier quality activities, supplier audits and supplier development.
- Contribute to environmental compliance, ESG activities and customer reporting.
- Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
There will be travel activities when visiting suppliers.
What we're looking for
- Technical education within Quality, Engineering, Production or a related field.
- Experience from a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with quality control, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001. Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
