Peter, who will be based at the Frese head office in Slagelse, Denmark, will have global responsibility for the HVAC and plumbing areas of the business.
“I find it very exciting to be joining Frese at this stage of their development. Frese, as I see it, have developed strongly within the whole value chain in recent years and I’m looking forward to joining the journey and helping to develop Frese even further” states Peter.
He continues “Frese benefits from a strong product portfolio and a solid logistical set-up that will support our future sales activities, ensuring a continuous growth and high level of customer satisfaction”.
Peter joins Frese from AVK-Holding A/S, where he had responsibility for the flow control division. He also has a wealth of sales and management experience from within the HVAC industry having held senior sales positions in the heating and district heating divisions of Danfoss and as Managing Director for Genvex, a Danish supplier of ventilation solutions.
Peter will report directly to René Barington, the Frese Group CEO, who comments “we are thrilled that Peter is joining Frese at this time. He brings with him a significant amount of sales experience and leadership qualities that will positively impact and support our growth strategy for the HVAC and plumbing areas of our business”.
Part of the management restructure will also see Nathan Cooke moving to the UK business to take up the position of Commercial Director during the summer.
“After many years working for Frese in Denmark and the Middle East, Nathan and his family have decided to return to their roots in England” says René. “We are thrilled that Nathan has chosen to continue his career with Frese and he will continue to be a valuable member of the Frese group, helping to grow the UK business in the HVAC, marine and district heating sectors” he continues.
