New Interactive Animation For PICVs Launched

Frese are pleased to announce the launch of a new animation that allows users to interact with the Frese OPTIMA Compact pressure independent control valve to see how it works.

The interactive animation demonstrates how the valve is set to limit the flow rate, how it responds to changing temperature demands and how it reacts to fluctuations in system differential pressure.

The interactive animation uses a photo realistic image of a flanged OPTIMA Compact PICV but the design concept of the valve can also be applied to the threaded versions.

Frese have been developing dynamic balancing valves since 1988, supplying over 4 million valves to various projects around the world to efficiently balance heating and cooling systems.

The first patented PICV from Frese was released in 2005 and since then, their popularity has increased substantially making PICVs the go-to solution for flow and temperature control in variable flow systems.

The Frese range of OPTIMA Compact PICVs is available in sizes DN10 to DN200 covering flow rates from 30 l/h up to 280,000 l/h.
