On behalf of Vexve Denmark | Frese A/S, MARPRO Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Mainland Europe for the office in Denmark. You will report to the Global Sales Director of the company.

The job

As Regional Sales Manager for Mainland Europe, you will take full commercial ownership of the region, responsible for driving sales performance, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives within the Marine & Industry business segment. Your mission is to deliver profitable growth by strengthening Frese’s position in key markets, expanding the network of regional distributors and agents, and ensuring consistent execution of the company’s sales strategy.

You will lead regional commercial activities from opportunity identification and pipeline management to contract negotiations and key account development. A crucial part of your role will be fostering strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and system integrators, while representing Frese at international trade fairs and industry events. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams in engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure that customers experience seamless technical and commercial support.
