Technical Product Manager

Hydronic Flow Control

You are an expert in hydronics (flow control) – You will join a strong product team – We have a strong mandate from management

We are part of the sustainability agenda of our time, delivering patented hydronic solutions that regulate water flow for heating and cooling applications in buildings, ships, district energy systems, and data centers. Solutions for additional industries are already on the drawing board.

Our management team in Slagelse and our owners in Finland have an appetite for growth and innovation. We genuinely have a strong mandate from leadership to shape the future.

You will join a strong product team

Our product team represents a variety of disciplines, working closely together to create solutions for our customers. Your area of expertise will be hydronics, thermodynamics, and energy systems. Other team members bring expertise in areas such as software, strategy, and marketing.

We are a highly skilled and collaborative team, and we genuinely believe we sit at the center of many of the initiatives that will define the future of our business.

We do not operate silos. The product team works closely with Purchasing, R&D, Production, and Marketing. We continuously exchange knowledge, challenge each other’s ideas, and leverage each other's competencies to bring solutions from concept to reality.

We are also an important partner for Sales. We equip them with technical insights and practical arguments that enable them to speak the customer's language, answer technical questions accurately, and close more business.

In the product team, we maintain and continuously optimize our existing product portfolio to meet market requirements and ensure strong business performance. This means that, in addition to developing new products, we also phase out products that are no longer profitable or strategically relevant.

You are strong in hydronic Flow Control

We do not rely heavily on fancy buzzwords. That's simply not who we are.

Instead, we are driven by developing practical, physical solutions for our customers. When something needs testing, we go to the workshop or production floor. Technical discussions happen within the team—and directly with customers.

Our development process is customer- and market-driven. We test and validate solutions in close collaboration with customers through technical discussions, concept visualization, and genuine co-creation, where customers participate from the early stages of development.

The result is solutions that truly meet customer needs because they are created with the customer, not just for the customer.

We also conduct technical workshops for both customers and colleagues. There is a tremendous amount of knowledge and curiosity throughout the organization that is currently underutilized, and we want to change that. You will play a central role in unlocking and sharing that knowledge while strengthening our relationships with customers.

You will become a key driver in the continued technological development of our valve portfolio. Together with the broader product team, you will help define the future product strategy and take ownership of its implementation.

You bring a solid technical foundation combined with curiosity and a desire to learn. You are eager to contribute primarily to product development and production, while also collaborating closely with purchasing and marketing. The role offers numerous interfaces with colleagues and key customers, where solutions are often tailored directly to customer requirements.

In addition to strong technical capabilities and excellent communication skills, you must be capable of structuring projects and driving them from concept to completion.

Who are you?

  • At least 3 years of experience with hydronic applications or energy systems, such as pressure control, valve technology, flow measurement, or thermodynamics, within industry, marine, or energy sectors.
  • Your educational background is less important. You may be an engineer, technician, or have entered the field through another relevant path.
  • Experience developing technical customer solutions and translating customer requirements into product specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish, often involving multiple disciplines.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with a broad range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable leading technical workshops for colleagues and customers.
  • Willing to work closely with customers and travel approximately 20–30 days per year for customer visits and trade fairs, primarily within Europe.

What do we offer?

  • A clear management mandate for the product team, and we receive the resources needed to execute.
  • A strong multidisciplinary team where you collaborate with specialists in software, strategy, documentation, and marketing.
  • A collaborative and supportive company culture.
  • Freedom to innovate and develop energy solutions for new industries.
  • Competitive salary and flexibility in how you organize your work.
