We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can translate customer needs and system insights into strong product solutions, ensuring our portfolio continues to deliver value across markets and applications.
You will become part of a team of four, acting as the key technical voice within Product Management. In this role, you will bridge customer requirements, system understanding, and technical development—working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure our solutions are aligned with real-world application needs.
Your key responsibilities – You will:
- Own the technical product roadmap, ensuring priorities are driven by customer needs and market opportunities.
- Act as the technical lead within Product Management, advocating for solutions that create value for customers and end-users.
- Engage with customers and markets to understand system requirements across Marine & Offshore, district energy, and industrial applications.
- Translate customer insights and application knowledge into clear technical requirements and product specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product development and customer expectations.
- Identify and develop new product opportunities based on evolving customer challenges and industry trends.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the portfolio.
- Support product launches by ensuring strong technical positioning and customer relevance.
Travel activities (approx. 20–30 days per year) should be expected, including customer visits and industry events.
Your background
- Degree in Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with hydronic applications or energy systems in industrial, maritime, or energy-related environments.
- Strong understanding of hydronic system design, operation, and component requirements.
- Proven ability to translate customer and application insights into concrete product decisions.
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on delivering customer value through technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders in an international environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Structured, proactive approach with project management experience.
