Role split: 50% HR Project Management, 50% HR Partner
This new role has a dual focus:
- HR-IT: Expect that half of your time is spent leading and participating in international HR projects — your first project is digitalizing and rolling out SuccessFactors across Vexve A/S and Vexve Group in close cooperation with other global HR colleagues.
- HR Partner: The remaining time is to be the HR partnering for Vexve A/S hourly employees in our on-site operations in Denmark as well as eventually supporting in China.
This role sits at the intersection of people and technology and will evolve over time. Your work will have real impact on production, processes - and our planet!
At Vexve A/S, we develop and manufacture dynamic valves and innovative, energy-efficient solutions for hydronic systems in buildings, marine applications and district energy networks.

What you will be doing
Project Management & HR Digitalization
- Own the implementation and continuous development of SuccessFactors across Vexve A/S & subsidiaries
- Act as the key interface between HR, business and IT, initially supporting and guiding users across the organization.
- Identify and drive automation and optimization of HR workflows and processes.
- Lead cross-group HR digitalization and other projects to harmonize people practices in Vexve A/S and subsidiaries often as part of our global HR Team.
HR Partner for Blue Collars
- Serve as the primary HR partner for hourly employees and their leaders in operations.
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements (Confederation of Danish Industry) and Danish labor law.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development dialogues, absence, and offboarding.
- Support constructive collaboration with union representatives and the working environment organization.
What we are looking for
- 8-10 years of HR experience such as HR Business Partner or HR Consultant.
- Solid knowledge of collective agreements and industrial labor law in Denmark.
- Experience with HR in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Hands-on with HR systems and data — SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Strong communicator who builds trust across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable navigating both operational day-to-day and longer-term strategically.
- Expect some travelling e.g. to our international locations or when working with global HR projects.
- Experience from an international organization is a plus.
