Vexve completes acquisition of BROEN

Vexve has completed the acquisition of a leading Denmark-based valve manufacturer BROEN

The combined company will provide customers with a broad product portfolio, improved delivery capability, and stronger technical support.

In December 2025, Vexve originally announced its intention to acquire Denmark-based BROEN A/S, a leading manufacturer of valve technology. The transaction was completed as of 11 March 2026.

BROEN’s strong brand, complementary valve offering in hydronic networks, deep technical expertise, and wide geographical reach further strengthen Vexve’s position as the company aims to be the leading provider of mission-critical valve solutions in the transition to a low-carbon future.

Following the transaction, the combined company has an annual turnover of approximately €300 million and employs 1500 experts worldwide. Paul Gustavsson continues as the CEO of Vexve Group, and Ken Sørensen as the Managing Director of BROEN.
