As part of Vexve Group Oy’s continued efforts to strengthen our shared market position and present ourselves as one unified organisation across our companies and markets, Frese A/S has officially changed its name to Vexve A/S. The name change has now been formally registered and has entered into effect.
Frese Armaturen GmbH, Frese Limited and Frese Valves (Ningbo) Co. Ltd. will continue unchanged.
It is important to emphasise that this is solely a change of company name. The company continues with the same organisation, employees, contacts and business foundation as before, while Frese continues as a strong and well-established product brand under Vexve.
CVR/VAT number, bank details and payment information remain unchanged, and existing contracts, agreements and registrations continue without interruption. Invoices should continue to be sent to dk.ocr@vexve.com unless otherwise agreed.
Going forward, the company will use the name Vexve A/S in, among other things, invoices, order confirmations, other legal documents, email signatures and contact information. Frese A/S will remain registered as an official secondary name.
