Project Overview and Details

The Allied Irish Bank, incorporated in Ireland in September 1966, is one of the most important financial institutions in Ireland with activities also in Poland, the UK and the US. AIB Bank provides banking services to private and business customers through a distribution network of some 281 locations in Ireland. For the expansion of the Bank's Headquarters, a 200M euro CAPEX project was launched consisting of 3 linked buildings between 5 and 7 stories high on a 14 acre site. For the chilled beams of the buildings, externally adjustable automatic balancing valves were specified

Task

A perfect working environment for the staff of the head office. Unproblematic, noiseless and maintenance-free operation of the heating/cooling system.

Solution

3370 Frese S1+ Automatic Balancing Valves were selected to ensure the hydraulic balance of the heating/cooling circuit and the right temperature everywhere in the building.
