Aquarius Business House is a building developed in the very centre of Wrocław, at the junction of Swobodna and Borowska streets.
A number of additional functions have been included in the planning of the Aquarius Business House office complex; its clients will be able to use a medical clinic, a lunch bar, a restaurant, a cafe, a press lounge along with a fitness club and those getting to work by bicycles will have access to a bike parking place and a locker room with showers, which have been designed especially for them.
The car park and garages servicing the facility offer a total of 412 parking spaces.
This building have to comply with all requirements to receive the certificate from BREEAM (It is the world's foremost environmental assessment method and rating system for buildings). Aquarius Business House received the rating VERY GOOD – it is the highest result in Poland. The building has been equipped with modern high efficiency technology, also in HVAC system, which is why Frese energy-saving valves were installed.
In order to regulate fan coils and air handling units, nearly 2,000 Frese Eva automatic balancing valve, DN15, DN20, DN25 with LP cartridges and actuators on/off 24 V were installed.
